Please briefly explain the history of Iran-China friendly relations in its 50th year. How long did it take to reach an agreement to sign the 25-year Iran-China cooperation document that was recently reached in Tehran? And what effect will this cooperation document have on Iran-China relations in the future?

It is almost two years since my arrival in Iran and the beginning of our visit to Iran . During this time , the history of Iran , the deep culture and the hospitable people of this country have affected me . Throughout history, there have been regular exchanges between China and Iran dating back to the 2nd century BC, when the ancient Silk Road was China's route to the Roman Empire via Iran. 600 years ago, the Chinese sailor Zheng He made seven voyages west and traveled to Iran many times. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Iran in August 1971, mutual political trust between the two countries has been steadily deepening, and practical cooperation between the two countries has yielded fruitful results. 

Why are Western countries concerned about the agreement between the two countries? In your opinion, what message does the signing of the agreement send to the West in terms of time?

In recent years, the United States has withdrawn from the Security Council and re-imposed sanctions on Iran, creating problems and obstacles to practical Sino-Iranian cooperation. China has always been determined to maintain its legitimate cooperation with Iran in trade, energy and other areas through concrete measures, and actively calls on the international community to protect Iran's legitimate economic interests. We believe that unilateral sanctions and a bullying approach are not to the liking of the people and will certainly fail. China and Iran are very complementary in terms of resources and benefits of cooperation. We must have a long-term vision, overcome problems and maintain the concept of win-win cooperation. We must strengthen the alignment of development strategies and continue to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields and achieve common prosperity.
