A French foreign ministry spokesman said Wednesday that important differences remain in the JCPOA revival talks in Vienna, according to Mehr news agency quoted al-Mayadeen .
The french foreign ministry spokesman added that time is not in the interests of any side and that courageous decisions should be made as soon as possible to revive the Iran nuclear deal .
The EUROPEAN Union's coordinator for the JCPOA revival talks, Enrique Mora, said earlier that he believed the Vienna talks would come to fruition and that the issue could be resolved by bridging obstacles .
According to the European diplomat, progress has been made to cross the barriers in the Vienna talks, and the negotiating parties have come to Vienna to discuss different approaches, while ultimately the process will be successful, although it may require more time .
Enrique Mora finally added, "I can't say that this is the last round. I really don't know. I mean, we're definitely closer (to getting the result) but I really don't know .
This comes after Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's representative to international institutions based in Vienna, yesterday denied claims that the Vienna talks would be halted, saying that before the presidential elections in Iran scheduled for June 18, an agreement to revive the JCPOA would not be possible, but negotiations would continue and the elections themselves should not have a significant impact on the negotiation process .
Asked if he agreed with the saying that the negotiation process in Vienna had stalled, Ulyanov said: "I believe that such an assessment is wrong and does not match the reality because the process is continuing, although progress has not been achieved as fast as we want .
According to him, the amendment of the current text of the final document continues. Ulyanov also added that Russia presented another document for discussion on Monday but declined to disclose its contents .
