According to published reports, the production of aluminum ingots in the country during the first four months of 1400 increased by about 26.3%.
According to Metal News, four aluminum companies produced 175,281 tons of ingots from the beginning of April to the end of July. This figure was 138,781 tons in the same period last year.
Of this amount, the companies "Aluminum of Iran" produced 61,314 tons, "Aluminum of Al-Mahdi" 52,843 tons, "Aluminum of the South" 48,429 tons and "Alumina of Iran" produced 12,695 tons.
Iran Alumina Company was able to produce 75,396 tons of alumina powder during the first four months of this year. In the last four months, the company also produced about 338,875 tons of bauxite, which is the raw material for the production of alumina powder, which shows a 41% increase compared to the production of the same period in 1399 (240,124 tons).
