Carrogate Pipe

Pipes made of polyethylene and high density are called carogate tubes. These pipes, which also have double glazing, are sometimes made of steel. The outer face of these pipes is composed of concentric circles that have a black color. On the surface of these concentric circles, there are some grooves, while the inner glaze of these pipes has a smooth, groove-free shape. Another name for carrogate pipe is corrugated polyethylene pipe as well.

General Features of Carrogate Pipe

1.These pipes have very high resistance to corrosiveness and corrosion

2. The strength of these pipes is so high that they use this type of pipe in heavy piping projects

3.Have a very longevity and longevity

4. The flexibility of these pipes is relatively high and can be easily given to any form

5. They also show resistance to wear

6. Their weight is light and this has made it easy to install them

7.These pipes are stainless

8. Convenient fluid transfer due to the smooth surface of the inner separator and lack of sedimentation in the pipe

9.High ability to withstand extreme colds and negative temperatures

History of using carrogate pipe

Carrogate pipes are approximately more than 50 used in the United States and some European countries. Carrogate pipes were first used in the agricultural industry in the late 1960s as alternatives to drainage pipes. Gradually, these pipes have found a variety of applications in various industries to the extent that these pipes are used as gas pipelines in gasification operations in exchange for iron gas pipes.

Applications of carrogate pipes

As mentioned above, carogate pipes have been used in various industries over time, the most important of which are as follows:

1.Use as municipal sewage pipes

2.Use as gas pipelines

3.Plumbing large projects

4.Drainage of water

5.Large plumbing under bridges

6.Use as various connections

7.Water transfer of rivers

Use of carrogate pipes as sewage pipes

Since the roughness of these pipes is much less than other pipes (i.e. the internal surface of these pipes is smooth and polished), this has caused these pipes to be used for piping wastewater. The internal surface of these pipes has caused the solids of wastewater not to precipitate in these pipes, and also, given that wastewater disposal is associated with the production of sulfuric acid, it is the most suitable option for sewage pipes of carogate pipes that are resistant to destructive materials.

Carrogate pipe size types

1.Sizes 110, 160 and 125 used under bridges

2.Size 315,500 and 400 used in municipal sewage pipes

3.Size 600 and 700 used in urban and rural sewage

4.Sizes 800 and 900 used in industrial wastewater and drainage under bridges

5.Size 1000 used in fittings of several pipes and paths to each other
