The US Secretary of State has made baseless allegations against Iran following the Washington administration's boycott of four Iranian citizens.
According to the Mehr news agency, quoting Deutsche Welle, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken claimed in baseless accusations that Washington is aware of Iran's intention to conspire against the Americans, including current and former US officials.
The allegation came after the US Treasury Department issued a statement announcing sanctions against four Iranians for trying to kidnap a so-called Iranian-American journalist.
"Beyond that, the United States is aware of Iran's current desire to target other American citizens, including current and former US officials," Blinken said.
