In general, residential properties are divided into three categories: residential, villa and apartment land. To obtain housing licenses , the buildings should be within the limits of residential buildings . Wherever the density of houses and residential buildings is high, land or property can obtain a residential use permit from the municipality. As the population increases , residential apartments have also increased . Such buildings do not have a separate yard, staircase, or parking lot and are built jointly for all the inhabitants of the building, which are called common areas of the building. Residential buildings prices are estimated based on several factors , one of which is the price of materials , such as rebar prices , rebar , etc.

In the end , it should be mentioned that the buildings that are not included in either of the above categories , or that the municipality has not been named as urban reserves , or the government has not considered a plan to release them , no license is issued for them .
