what is humidity insulation

cover is said to prevent the loss of moisture from rain , snow and washing in various construction sites such as roofs , walls , health services , exterior facades , water reservoirs in dams and ponds , etc. These coatings are layered Which are prefabricated And are supplied in rolls or sheets. these insulation have different sizes for customer requests .

What are traditional waterproofing materials

Traditional moisture insulators include isogum, gypsum and thatch which are applied on areas adjacent to moisture. to avoid moisture diffusion into the wet surfaces But now traditional waterproofing has been partially replaced by new waterproofing.

New waterproofing feature

New waterproofing has a very high bearing capacity for shrinkage and expansion of structures . These insulators penetrate deep into the underlying tissue . It prevents the infiltration of moisture into the underlying tissues . These insulations completely seal the surface . the weight of these new water insulation is very low And does not increase the weight of the building. these insulation can withstand high pressure .

What are the types of waterproofing

moisture insulation have different types We will examine some of them separately.

1.Nano waterproofing :

This type of insulation has its own unique compositions that have thin and light layers that are very easy to install. These insulators consist of water-based acrylic resin . Suitable for implementation in environments such as roofs , health services , kitchens , kitchens and … . The layer of elasticity on top of this product has made this type of insulation able to withstand the contractile and expansion stresses that enter the insulation surface. This ensures that the insulation does not crack, peel or lift. these insulation are elastic And this elasticity has caused them to have a high degree of flexibility And increase its elasticity to 100%. The steps of this type of insulation are done in 4 stages of substructure, application of insulation penetrating primer, application of moisture insulation with special fibers in two stages and final insulation test. because it is based on water , it 's a friend of nature and does not harm the environment .

2.Rainwater wall waterproofing :

Because in most of the buildings , they don't use insulation for outside walls after a while , snow and snow , the humidity of snow and rain will penetrate the inner parts of the building And it causes drums and paint to rise inside the building And incurs financial losses.

In the northern cities of the country where the rain hits the walls directly, the use of this type of insulation is very appropriate.

3.Cement waterproofing :

Cement waterproofing is used to increase adhesion and flexibility. Cement waterproofing, in addition to completely sealing the wall surface, also makes the wall beautiful and gives a beautiful view to the wall. We must be careful in places where we have cracks, we should not use cement waterproofing at all.

4.Qirgon Insulation :

This type of insulation is one of the oldest and first insulations . They still use this type of insulation in places, but very rarely . In this method, bitumen is used along with the sack . This method is done by first heating the bitumen, which is one of the petroleum products, and then considering the sack as a cloth, and finally pouring the heated bitumen on it.

5.Sandwich panel waterproofing :

Sandwich panels are insulators whose two sides are made of galvanized sheet in fact , these are the layers that have already been built And they can only be installed through special installers. Sandwich panels are offered in two models, ceiling and wall, which are most used in factories, warehouses and clubs.

Among the waterproofing of sandwich panels, we can mention isogum, which consists of synthetic fibers and bitumen, which prevents water and moisture from penetrating into its underlying layers. The life of isogams is usually 10 years . Sometimes isogum also causes rot So it is better not to use isogum in places where we already have caries to remove caries. Because sandwich panels have a special formulation, they adhere to damaged surfaces and prevent water from penetrating the surface. Waterproof sandwich panels are washable and weigh very little and are lightweight.

6.Transparent waterproofing :

this type of insulation is transparent and without paint . Which are prepared with a special formulation that is used in the building insulation industry to maintain the appearance of surfaces and complete sealing of substrates. These insulators are liquid And after execution, they penetrate to their lower levels and building an impenetrable structure against the water and the moisture . In addition to long life and sealing, it gives more beauty to our surface . Waterproof insulation is colorless, waterproof and hydrophobic.

The most common uses of these insulators are: on mosaics, on tiles and as a colorless insulation on gantries.

7.Tissue waterproofing :

Tissues are actually fibers of glass that are placed next to each other at regular intervals. This product is used in insulation and gas pipelines to protect tubes against moisture , corrosion and rust . Tissues are often fire and abrasion resistant and use phenolic reinforcing resin.

8.Fiberglass waterproofing :

glass wool is one of the most vulnerable materials. Use it as heat insulation And they make the best fireproof fabrics from this material. it is also used to make various filters . Its alloy with plastic (fiberglass is a very hard and light material) is used in various home appliances, sports equipment and even car bodies. Spring glass made of plastic and fiberglass is another product of this product. This shape of glass is provided by pulling fine filaments from narrow holes at the end of a platinum bowl or a bush that is heated by electricity.

9.Polymeric waterproofing :

these materials are used to insulation the bonded joints as well as sheets for insulating surfaces . Polymeric materials have both thermal and moisture insulation properties. These types of insulation include butyl, acrylic, polyurethane, silicone, non-woven polyester, epoxy, cloud insulation, etc. Cloud insulation is compressible tapes made of pvc, polyethylene or polyurethane, one or both sides of which are taped. These insulators are used to fill expansion joints, door and window joints and vents.
