Steps of white cement production

To prepare the mortar, you must use a clean container or Istanbul or a mixer, because if there are other materials in the container, it will change the color of the mortar, white stone powder and cement, or create lumps that will seriously damage the quality of work. Will enter.

Basically, the amount of stone powder used should be equal to the amount of cement. In other words, fifty to fifty stone powder and cement should be used to prepare the mortar. If you use white cement for sealing or light work, add water to this mixture and use its slurry. But to prepare a mortar of stone powder and black cement, you must add as much sand to this mixture as the stone powder used, because the sand will significantly strengthen the mortar.

Now combine these three ingredients together to form a heap. To add water to it, using a shovel or shovel, make a hole in the center and add the required amount of water to it and mix to create a loose dough (slurry). If the slurry of stone and cement powder becomes too loose, add it to the stone powder (do not add cement) and if it hardens too much, pour water over it.
