These scraps could be utilized in arc furnaces however this does not apply to the majority of returning scraps because some scraps have high amount of pollution and need to be cleared .
2) - These are scraps are bought from junk vendors whose scraps may be from commercial goods such as cars and appliances , or from industrial equipment , buildings and bridges . Purchased scraps need to be prepared specially the scraps made in building constructions .

Each ton of steel , recycled from scrap iron , can save 1115 kg in use of iron and 625 kg on coal and helps in keeping 53 kg of limestone . The figures for other metals ( non-ferrous metals ) are equivalent with saving 95 % in aluminum , 85 % in copper , 65 % in lead and 60 % in zinc .
Iron scraps affects economics and specially environment . This means that the tools produced must be made in a such way that they become useless and then recycled and manufactured into a final product .
Iron Scraps or aluminum scraps are used in so many industries like construction industry ( specially in road construction and bridge construction projects ) .
In the transportation industry , it can be used in vehicle production , aircraft production and other transportation forms .

Recycling of steel can be changed in a process ( electric arc furnace process ) and creates the high-quality instruments . Anti-scratch steel can be produced in this way . This process many heat and explosion and noise are used . Copper scraps can be transferred into different products through these processes .
Aluminum scraps are melting in very lower temperatures rather than pure aluminum so the process requires much less energy for the aluminum .
It is generally true for all recycled metals that not only stores more energy , but the diffusion of carbon dioxide is also reduced ; thus , the environment is retained , and in the production process , more economic savings are achieved and ultimately the product is reached by the customer .
